What to expect?

Step-by-step instructions to build a perfectly paired Charcuterie board. We provide all the ingredients so you can enjoy time with friends.

Guests will learn to slice and style cheese & make salami roses and create the perfect charcuterie board.  These techniques are sure to elevate your entertaining game!

After class we will box your boards to transport them home.

What’s included?

45 minutes of instruction, all ingredients to build your board including cured meat, cheese, fruit, nuts and accompaniments, and complementary wine or sparkling water to enjoy during the event.
