We can accommodate small groups of 6 inside or larger groups outside on our outdoor patio (weather permitting) at our Market in Davidson.
Our workshops are a hands on experience with step-by-step instructions to build a perfectly paired charcuterie or cheese board. You will learn to slice and style cheese, make salami roses & fruit flowers.
Your private workshop includes 45 minutes of instruction, all ingredients to build a board that serves 2-3 including cured meats, hard and soft cheese, fruit, nuts and accompaniments, and a glass of wine to enjoy during the event.
You can enjoy your board after class or we can gift box them to enjoy at home.

Your Location
For larger groups, private workshops can be held at in private event space or homes. These classes are private, so you control the guest list.
Select a date and location, build your guest list & let us do the rest. We setup, clean up and provide all ingredients.
